AP Chemistry Solution Calculations Stained Glass Coloring by Code Worksheet

$2.50

Try this self-checking coloring page for students to practice molarity and dilution calculations! In this worksheet, students will complete the solution calculation problem. Once they find the answer, they draw a line from the letter bubble to the answer bubble. Once all lines are drawn, a "stained glass" effect is seen. Students then color in the segments according to the color key.

This worksheet includes 10 solution calculation problems, including:

  • using the molarity equation to solve for concentration, moles or volume

  • using the molarity equation to solve for grams needed to make a solution

  • finding the concentration when two solutions are combined

  • finding the concentration of a dissolved ion using a mole ratio

  • using the dilution equation to solve for a new concentration or volume of stock solution required

This resource contains 10 solution calculation problems designed for use in Unit 3 of the AP Chemistry curriculum. Included in this resource:

  • instructions

  • student worksheet

  • completed key
