AP Chemistry Unit 2 Shape Hybridization Self-Check and Partner Check Worksheets
Give your students more practice with a variety of questions related to the Unit 2 content in AP Chemistry with these self-checking and partner-checking worksheets! These worksheets include a variety of questions, including:
predicting molecular geometry
predicting molecule bond angle
determining hybridization
calculating formal charge
determining sigma and pi bonds in a molecule
The self-checking worksheet contains 6 hybridization problems where the answers are all the same. Students will know immediately if they do not complete the problem correctly as the answer will not match the rest.
The partner check worksheet contains a Student A side and a Student B side, each with 5 problems. The answer to problem 1 will be the same for each student, even though their problems are different. The answer to problem 2 for each student will be the same, and so on. This allows students to check their work as they go with a partner.
This resource includes 2 worksheets, with 6 self-checking problems and 5 partner-checking problems.
