electron configurations
valence electrons in the ____ energy level
group ____ period _____
largest atomic radius in group ___________
largest atomic radius in period __________
other periodic trend clues for groups or periods, including atomic radius, ionization energy and electronegativity
halogen in period _________
etc.
As students enter the element symbol identified by the clue, colors will appear on the right side of the sheet. Once all problems are answered correctly, an entire image appears!
This resource can be used for distance learning, or as guided practice after in-class instruction, or for review. Both you and your students must have a Google account and access to the internet to use this resource.
